my rue on Self-reviews, always make yourself awsome…. peer reviews are something all together different.
LOL- its funny because it is true- I gave myself a self review that was too good once and my boss made me re-do it to be more accurate. It was so embarrassing.
I just check everything as “meets expectations” Not too good, nothing bad, but good enough to keep my job.
I have now officially subscribed =] Please keep up the great work!
