by Earmouse

Brad asked that I take care of the blog portion of this site.  So just for clarification, Brad creates the comics, and I [Earmouse] write the articles.

In a nutshell, “the BIG cheese”, is a story of a heroic mouse, and all the average people he has to deal with on a daily basis.  It takes place in the Victorian era on a Roman vineyard or in modern time Big City, USA – I don’t know – at the time I wrote this Brad was still undecided.  So you can see what I have to deal with.

The webcomic stars yours truly, so it should be enjoyable.  Let’s face it, I’m just working on “the BIG cheese” because my agent said it would be a good career move while I look for something more appropriate to my abilities.

Brad said I could do whatever I want with this section of the website, so I am going to start a series called “Ask Earmouse!”  Every month I will answer a few questions from my fans, so please send questions to earmouse@comicsbybrad.com.  You can ask me about the web, comics, cheese, sports, or anything else you can think of.

Until next time… enjoy the site.

All jokes aside, this is a pretty good webcomic.

Brilliant. Though, the sassy mouse is too reminisent (sp?) of ratbert of dilbert fame. Care to comment? I think the comic needs more characters with glasses.

  2. Brad Carey

In defense of Earmouse, he is a narcissistic, actor mouse; whereas Ratbert is a gullible, happy-go-lucky, office working rat.

I like the suggestion of adding a character with glasses. Consider it done. And in tribute to the suggestion, I will call the character Aaron. And by law I will make him unassumingly cool.

I think Earmouse needs to have a Woodstock attitude with an actors’s ego. I enjoy your strip.

    I love your name, earmouse fan! I’m surprised it was still available. To quote Woodstock, ” ‘ ” ‘ ” ‘ ” !
